This service allows you to pick any area of your property to be converted into a custom meadow/garden of your choosing. This service is all about taking monocultured gardens/lawns and converting them into diverse, beautiful and inviting gardens.

This service includes:

• Site preparation:
  • Soil analysis
  • Basic compost and biochar amendment
• Meadow Seeding
  • Meadow seeds broadcasted

We recommend removing dominant plant species (lawns, ground covers, etc.) before we arrive! (we can do it for you for a labor cost!) Meadows can take over eventually, but this process takes more time. For best results, clean out the area in preparation for soil amendment.

We also recommend purchasing initial mature plantings along with your new meadow:

As we get into the project, shrub or tree removal, custom seed blends, additional plants, additional tree plantings, and irrigation upgrades/fixes involve separate costs which we will work out with you before beginning work.
